What to expect  

The Seminar and Support Group meets on Thursday evenings for four weeks.  Each session includes a structured format, a video-lecture by leading divorce recovery experts, specific behavioral objectives, insightful group discussions and empowering exercises. 

• The stages of divorce recovery are identified and explored.
  
• Group members explore the Steps to Rebuilding and the Recovery Principles that will help to heal and rebuild their lives.
• Receive support, laugh, cry and learn from women who are on the same journey of recovery and discovery.
• Where are you on your journey?  Whether you are still living with your spouse or  have been divorced for many years, we can help you move to the next stage.
• Rebuilding is unique because it combines the advantages of an educational seminar along side a support group. The support group offers women a safe community to express and explore their concerns. The seminar teaches women what to expect and how to cope with the 19 specific stages that characterizes the divorce recovery process including denial, anger, grief, acceptance, forgiveness and closure.
• Women who participate in Rebuilding gain in 4 weeks what other woman gain in a year's time when managing their healing and growth alone.
